In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

• "888r3j", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" — refers to the company operating the website located at https://888r3j.cam, its subsidiaries, and any affiliates operating under the same international gaming license.
• "User", "Member", "Player", or "you" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 888r3j platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the unique registered profile created by a User upon completing the registration process and accepted by 888r3j.
• "Balance" — the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or other market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process by which 888r3j confirms the identity, age, and residency of a User.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly illegal under applicable national law, including but not limited to certain territories as updated from time to time.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any appendices, policies, rules, or updates incorporated by reference.

By accessing the 888r3j website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance is deemed effective from the moment you first access the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, or game-specific policies published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific policy document explicitly states otherwise.

888r3j reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

To register and use the 888r3j Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 888r3j enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
2. Residency: The Platform is designed to serve players who are residents of Indonesia or who are otherwise legally permitted to access offshore online gambling services under the laws of their jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into this agreement.
4. One Account Per Person: You may only hold one registered Account on 888r3j. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from multi-account activity.
5. Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 888r3j or any other gambling operator at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.

888r3j reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of features on the 888r3j Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Registration Information. During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, a valid email address, and a preferred payment method linked to an account held in your own name. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other point at our sole discretion, 888r3j will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may include submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or scan of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your name);
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, if requested.

4.3 Verification Timeframe. KYC reviews are typically completed within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documentation. 888r3j may request additional supporting documents if the initial submission is incomplete or unclear. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 888r3j will never request your password through any channel. You must notify us immediately via the support email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. 888r3j accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 888r3j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following IDR-denominated payment channels:

5.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. 888r3j does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent fees that are outside our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you contact support to update your verified payment details. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100.000.000 per Account unless a higher limit has been specifically approved by our finance team following a written request.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 888r3j operates in compliance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request the source-of-funds documentation for any Account where transaction patterns suggest unusual or potentially suspicious activity. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation will result in withdrawal suspension pending further review.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 888r3j are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless a specific promotion states that requirements apply to both the deposit and bonus amounts combined.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the 888r3j Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is as follows unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Sportsbook (pre-match and in-play): 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 or above.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti): 10% contribution.
• Slot games (slot gacor titles): 100% contribution.
• Togel markets: 50% contribution.
• Sabung ayam (sabung ayam — traditional cockfighting wagering): 50% contribution.
• Progressive jackpot slots: 5% contribution.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been wagered through in accordance with the applicable requirements within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. The validity period for each promotion will be clearly stated at the point of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, the default bonus validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of credit.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. 888r3j employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, use of low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated play among connected accounts. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds voided and may be permanently closed without refund of any bonus-derived winnings.

7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on 888r3j are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every bet — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. 888r3j does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances set out in clause 7.3 below.

7.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; it is your responsibility to verify the odds at the moment of placement.

7.3 Void Bets. 888r3j reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within 72 hours of the originally scheduled start time;
• The odds offered were clearly the result of a manifest error (a typographical or technical error resulting in odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the true market price);
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded (a "late bet" resulting from a technical delay);
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game-specific rules.

7.4 Mix Parlay Rules. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections within the accumulator are voided, the bet will be recalculated as if the voided selection(s) were not included. The remaining selections will stand at their original odds. A mix parlay requires a minimum of two valid selections to remain a valid accumulator bet.

7.5 Asian Handicap (Voor Bola). Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are settled in accordance with the official Asian Handicap rules as published on the Platform's game rules page. In the event of a push (where the handicap results in a tie), the stake is returned in full.

7.6 Maximum Payout. The maximum payout on any single bet or combination bet is Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit has been individually agreed in writing with a senior 888r3j representative. Winnings exceeding this threshold will be paid up to the maximum limit only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888r3j Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent closure of your Account:

• Automated Wagering: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund your Account. Any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms in a manner that eliminates genuine betting risk, particularly in conjunction with bonus funds.
• False Identity: Registering an Account using another person's identity, providing false KYC documents, or misrepresenting your age, residency, or any other material eligibility criterion.
• Technical Exploitation: Intentional exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from identified technical errors will be voided.
• Abusive Behavior: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward 888r3j support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

888r3j reserves the right to report any conduct that it reasonably suspects constitutes a criminal offense — including fraud, money laundering, or identity theft — to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, without prior notice to the User concerned.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net wagering activity.
• Temporary Time-Out: Suspend your Account for a defined cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 888r3j; reverse-engineer or decompile any game software or Platform code; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of 888r3j's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888r3j excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss.

11.2 888r3j does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or malware, or that any defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as circumstances beyond our reasonable control, may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

11.3 888r3j accepts no liability for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of god, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, civil disturbances, or the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors.

11.4 Where 888r3j's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

888r3j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where the nature of the amendment materially affects your rights, in which case we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account.

The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is made. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

888r3j may also, at its sole discretion, terminate, suspend, or modify any product, service, promotion, or feature offered on the Platform at any time without prior notice.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888r3j holds its international gaming license. This governing law clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your Account, a transaction, or a wager, you should first contact the 888r3j support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

13.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to our senior compliance team by submitting a written escalation request via email. If the matter remains unresolved after a further 10 business days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as designated by 888r3j from time to time.

13.4 Waiver of Class Action. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any claim against 888r3j.
